The Answer

The correct answer is #1 L1 and L2. In order for the other lights to be on you would need the other switch to be turned on. Its important to note that in order for a light to turn on, it needs a return path. In this example, L1 and L2 have a feed and a return path and L3 and L4 do not have a return path. The return path is broken by the S2 switch.
