The problem

You are given the problem below. The question is as follows:

You begin at the corner of NE Martin Lutther King Jr. Blvd and NE Multnomal and are asked to take a routine check that your local stop signs are not damaged or vandalized. You leave heading south on NE Martin Lutther King Jr. Blvd. You drive down three blocks and turn left. You take the next right and go down 3 blocks and turn left. You then drive down 4 blocks and turn left. You then take the next two lefts and drive down 4 blocks. Where are you located?
