The guarantee, in one paragraph
Every purchase of Mechanical Aptitude All-Access comes with a 30-day, unconditional money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy with it — for any reason, or for no reason at all — email us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full. No forms, no interrogation, no “retention offers,” no requirement to explain yourself.
How to request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] from the email address you used at checkout and say you’d like a refund. That’s it. Including your order number speeds things up, but if you don’t have it handy we’ll find your order from your email address.
How and when you get your money back
- Refunds are issued in full to your original payment method — the same card or PayPal account you paid with.
- We process refund requests promptly, and the money typically appears in your account within 5–7 business days of the refund being issued (the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer).
- We’ll email you a confirmation when the refund has been sent.
What happens to your access
When a refund is issued, access to the paid practice tests ends. The free sample questions on the site remain free to everyone, always — you’re welcome to keep using those.
After the 30 days
The unconditional guarantee covers the first 30 days after purchase. If something’s gone wrong outside that window — a billing mistake, a duplicate charge, an access problem we couldn’t fix — email us anyway. We handle requests older than 30 days case by case, and we err on the side of being fair.
Fair use of the guarantee
We keep this guarantee unconditional because the overwhelming majority of people are honest. In the rare case of clear abuse — for example, repeatedly purchasing and refunding to get free access — we reserve the right to review requests case by case and to decline future orders. This will never affect an ordinary customer asking for an ordinary refund.
One honest note
The guarantee is about the product, not the exam: it means you risk nothing by trying our practice tests. It is not a promise that you’ll pass your test — nobody can honestly promise that, and we won’t pretend to. See our disclaimer for the plain-language version of what practice can and can’t do.
